Local Phone Numbers for Your Booking Links

Phone Booking allows your clients to schedule meetings on your Booking Calendars and Booking Hubs by calling a dedicated phone number.

Until now, phone numbers were randomly generated and assigned to a single Booking Calendar or Booking Hub. With this update, we have added the following functionality:

  • Dedicated Local Phone Numbers: Generate and assign local phone numbers for your booking links that reflect your business's location.
  • Phone Number Reassignment: Reassign phone numbers to any of the booking links within your account as needed.

Clear, Flexible Pricing

Phone Number License is required for each Phone Number you want to generate. These licenses offer flexibility, allowing you to add or remove them easily as your business scales, and will be incorporated into your monthly or annual subscription.

Monthly: $5 per phone number license per month
Annual: $50 per phone number license per year

Who Can Access It

Plan: Available on all paid plans.

Users:

  • Account Owner and Administrators: Can add/remove licenses and manage phone numbers.
  • Team Managers: Can generate and assign phone numbers for their team’s Booking Calendars and Booking Hubs.
  • Members: Can generate and assign phone numbers for their Booking Calendars and Booking Hubs.

24-Hour Time Format Support

We have updated Booking Calendars and Booking Hubs to support both AM/PM or 24-hour formats. The time format (AM/PM or 24-hour) displayed to the guest will automatically adjust based on their browser’s language settings.

The used time format remains consistent throughout the entire booking lifecycle, from initially scheduling to the confirmation email and calendar invite.

Within the Timezone Settings on the booking link, guests will also have the option to manually toggle between AM/PM and 24-hour formats.


Allow Guests to Provide their Physical Location for Meetings

You can now configure your Booking Calendars to allow the guest to specify the Physical Location for the meeting.

This new option is also available when the Booking Calendar is utilized in Routing Forms or via the API.


File Sharing in Live Chat

You and your visitors can now exchange files at once directly within Live Chat to provide immediate visual context for faster issue resolution. Shared media, including images and videos, can be previewed or downloaded directly within the chat window and are automatically saved in the chat transcript for future reference.
