How to Assign a Phone Number to Your Routing Form
Follow these steps to assign a phone number to your Routing Form:
Navigating to the AI Voice Tab
- Click Routing Forms in the left-hand side menu.
- Select the Routing Form you want to generate a phone number for.
- Go to the AI Voice tab.
Setting a Welcome Message
- Provide a Welcome Message that will be used to greet callers.
- Click Save.
Assigning the Phone Number
- Click Assign phone number.
- Select the phone number from the dropdown.
