The Booking form includes two Conditional fields: meeting subject, and location. Conditional fields are fields that are included in the Booking form but are only visible if the Customer is requested to provide this information.
You can customize the meeting subject in the Booking form section of your Booking page. When your Booking page is linked to an Event type, the Booking form section will be on the Event type and the meeting subject is set by default to the Event type name and cannot be changed.
When you are not using Event types, you can edit the Meeting subject and choose if you want the meeting subject to be set by the Owner (you) or the Customer in the Booking form section. If you choose for the Customer to provide the meeting subject, the Customer will be required to provide a meeting subject to complete the booking process.
You can customize the location in the Location section of your Booking page. In the Location section, you first choose the type of the location: Physical, Virtual, or None. Then you either provide the location or decide that the Customer should provide the location when making a booking.
- If you choose for the Customer to provide the location information, the Customer will be required to provide the location information to complete the booking process.
- If you choose to not use a meeting location or to provide one yourself, the location field will not be visible to the Customer in the Booking form.
