Following the initial launch of Panel meetings in version 8.8, ScheduleOnce 8.9 introduces end-to-end support for Panel meetings throughout the booking lifecycle.
With Panel meetings, you can allow Customers to book a time to meet with multiple Team members simultaneously. We now offer full support for schedule changes throughout the booking lifecycle. Customers can cancel or reschedule from any email notification or calendar event. Users can cancel or request to reschedule from the Activity stream. If the Primary team member is connected to a Google calendar, changes can be made directly in the calendar event. Any actions, whether made by Users or Customers, will affect everyone involved.
All panelists can see updates to the Panel meeting activity in their Activity stream. They can easily search for a Panel meeting using the Panel ID and the new Panel meeting icon will help them easily identify it in the stream.
