ScheduleOnce 7.4 includes multiple improvements to the ScheduleOnce connector for Salesforce. Improvements include enhanced security options, Record Type mapping, and improved performance. 

Salesforce connector – Record Type mapping

It is now possible to retrieve Salesforce Record Types when connecting to your Salesforce environment. You can now map specific Record Types such as Web Leads, Customers, or Partners, to different Booking pages. New records created in Salesforce will have the Record Type based on the Booking page that was used. Learn more about Record Type mapping

Salesforce connector – Advanced security options

The Salesforce connector enables a secure connection between ScheduleOnce and your Salesforce environment. Additional security options now enable two working modes, supporting organizations with security requirements of varying levels. Learn more about the Salesforce connector security
