Version 5.9 includes big improvements to reports, allowing you to add more than 30 System fields and any Custom field to Detail reports. This enables analysis and data management for all information collected via your Booking forms.
There are two types of fields that can be added to any Detail report, allowing you to create customized reports with the exact data you need:
- System fields: These fields are defined by the system and include fields such as the Meeting time, Location, Cancellation reason, Duration, etc. More than 30 System fields can be added to any Detail report. See the full list of system fields
- Custom fields: Any Custom field that you create in the Custom fields library can be added to the report. This means that you can now report on all data that you collect via your Booking forms.
Let's see a quick example. You created a Booking form that collects the phone number and email as System fields, and the company name and industry as Custom fields. You can now create a simple report that will list each customer with their email, phone number, company name and industry. This report can be viewed online, or exported to a branded PDF report, or to Excel for further analysis.
Important If you are using Detail report columns with activities that were created before this release date (Jan 11, 2014), some of the report columns may not have data. The data will only be available for bookings created after the release date (Jan 11, 2014).
