Booking Calendar URL Parameters: Meeting Configuration

Meeting Configuration parameters let you lock specific booking settings, such as the host or meeting duration, add co-hosts, and set a default guest time zone directly through the URL. These parameters apply dynamically at the time of booking without altering your initial Booking Calendar settings.

Setting URL Syntax Description Example
Locking a Host host= Dynamically overrides the meeting distribution set on the Booking Calendar with a specific host, using their email address. The host assignment is locked and cannot be changed by the guest from the booking page UI. For more information, see Booking Calendar Meeting Distribution Options. host=john.doe@example.com
Adding Co-hosts co_hosts= Adds one or more co-hosts by providing comma-separated email addresses, without spaces. co_hosts=sarah.connor@example.com,john.doe@example.com
Setting a Time Zone iana_time_zone= Sets the default time zone used to display availability to the guest. The guest can still change the time zone. For a step-by-step guide, see How to Override the Guest Time Zone on Your Booking Link. iana_time_zone=America/New_York
Locking a Meeting Duration duration_minutes= Locks the meeting duration to one of the durations already configured for the Booking Calendar. The guest cannot change it from the booking page UI. For more information, see Booking Calendar Meeting Durations. duration_minutes=15
