The Booking Calendars Lobby
The Booking Calendars lobby is the centralized hub for managing the setup configurations of your Booking Calendars. It displays your Booking Calendars in a tabular view, allowing you to view, create, configure, filter, and share calendars from a single location.
To access the Booking Calendars lobby, log in to your OnceHub account and select Booking Calendars from the left navigation menu.
Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”- Create Booking Calendars: Create Booking Calendars from scratch or use pre-configured templates for standardized setup across your account.
- Quick Sharing: Share or embed your Booking Calendars directly from the lobby using built-in personalization and tracking options.
- Advanced Filtering: Filter Booking Calendars by Owners, Hosts, or custom internal labels to locate specific calendars quickly.
Customize the Grid View
Section titled “Customize the Grid View”Click the Customize columns icon next to the Create booking calendar button to personalize your tabular view. From here, you can:
- Show or hide columns
- Reorder visible columns
Organize Your Lobby With Internal Labels
Section titled “Organize Your Lobby With Internal Labels”When managing a large volume of Booking Calendars, assigning internal labels allows you to organize calendars into categories and filter them to easily find the Booking Calendars you are looking for.
For example, assign a “Sales” label to all Booking Calendars used by your sales team. You can then filter for “Sales” whenever you need to manage those specific calendars in the future.&
Adding Internal Labels to a Booking Calendar
Section titled “Adding Internal Labels to a Booking Calendar”- Click in the Internal Labels column next to the Booking Calendar.
- Define the label text in the Internal Labels field, or select an existing label from the list.
- Click Enter to apply the label.
Removing Internal Labels from a Booking Calendar
Section titled “Removing Internal Labels from a Booking Calendar”- Click in the Internal Labels column next to the Booking Calendar.
- Click X next to the label you want to remove.
