How to Share Your Booking Link As a QR Code

You can use the Share option in Booking Calendar or Booking Hub lobbies to generate a QR code to easily distribute your booking links on physical materials or mobile displays.

Generating the QR Code

Follow these steps to create and download your QR code:

Go to Booking Calendars or Booking Hubs from the left navigation menu.
Click Share next to the specific Booking link you want to share as a QR code.
Click Download QR code.

The QR code will automatically download to your device so that you can use it right away.

Q: Can I prefill guest details while using a QR code?

A: Yes, if you prefill the information before clicking Download QR code, that information will be prefilled when the guest uses the QR code. See our Prefilling Guest Information in Your Booking Calendar article for information on prefilling.

Q: Can I create QR codes that can only be used once?

A: Yes, you can select the One-time use option in the Share pop-up window before clicking the Download QR code button. Please note that the QR code will only be able to be used once in total, not once per individual person.
