Meeting Configuration parameters let you lock specific booking settings, such as the host or meeting duration, add co-hosts, and set a default guest time zone directly through the URL. These parameters apply dynamically at the time of booking without altering your initial Booking Calendar settings.

## Meeting Configuration Parameters

| **Locking a Host**             | `host=`             | Dynamically overrides the meeting distribution set on the Booking Calendar with a specific host, using their email address. The host assignment is locked and cannot be changed by the guest from the booking page UI. | **Setting a Time Zone**        | `iana_time_zone=`   | Sets the default time zone used to display availability to the guest. The guest can still change the time zone.
