In the Activity stream Meetings tab (Figure 1), the status of each Team member assigned to a meeting is displayed.
Statuses are automatically updated when the Team member responds to the meeting invitation. This is useful if you are coordinating meetings for Team members in your organization and need to monitor which meetings they will be attending.
The table below describes all possible meeting statuses and their meanings:
|Invited||The Team member has received the meeting invitation, but has not yet responded.|
|Tentative||The Team member has responded to the invitation with a 'maybe'.|
|Confirmed||The Team member has confirmed that they will be attending.|
|Declined||The Team member will not be attending the meeting.|
|Removed from calendar event||The Team member was removed from the calendar event.|
